Where we ship
CARGO Store currently ships only to destinations within the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or other countries outside the EU. Delivery is not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery

The final shipping charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and do not include order preparation time.
Order preparation and tracking
Orders are normally prepared within two business days. Orders are not prepared or dispatched on weekends or Spanish public holidays. Busy periods may affect preparation and delivery estimates. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@cargostore.es as soon as possible and include your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
Pick up in store
When available for your order, select “Pick up in store” at checkout and choose one of the following CARGO stores:
- CARGO Barcelona — Bruc: Carrer del Bruc 22, 08010 Barcelona, Spain.
- CARGO San Sebastián: Getaria Kalea 20, 20005 Donostia–San Sebastián, Spain.
Collection is available only at these two CARGO stores. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting, and bring your order confirmation. The available pickup locations and collection instructions are shown at checkout and in your notification.
Delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete, contact hello@cargostore.es with your order number so we can help.
